Carry out our obligations under any service contract entered into in a proper manner and in the best interest of are customers. Treat any customer in a fair and proper manner and always with courtesy. Treat all matters with any customer in the strictest confidence. Carry out work strictly in accordance with the specification and scope of work agreed with the customer and to the highest standards to which it is possible to attain. Recognise the need for urgent response to any customer problems and to handle such problems in an appropriate professional manner. Make every endeavour to meet delivery/completion dates given for the completion of contracts and in the event of any possibility of a variation to immediately notify and discuss the matter with the customer.

We will never:
Extend working hours or seek to carry out work or supply of parts that is not necessary for the purpose of tendering or seeking inflated charges from the customer. Supply inferior parts or produce poor workmanship or generally take short cuts or other unethical practices for the purpose of speeding up the completion of the work in hand.
